How AI and ML is empowering NoBroker

At NoBroker, artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithm are designed to keep the broker out of the system. When a new customer registers on the site, the algorithm works in the background and validates the user.

“Our main focus was to eliminate the bias which can be created by adding a third party when exploring for the preferred properties. With the application-based model we have made the decision-making process much simpler, which has led us to recommend customers a much better outlook for their investment making customer personalization better,” Akhil Gupta, Founder, and Chief Tech & Product officer at NoBroker, told ETCIO.

Therefore, to differentiate itself from others, the company has developed division-based algorithms such as property discovery algorithm, ranking algorithm, age algorithm, and decay algorithm. It assists in making the process fully automated for the customers and detects the place put out for sale by the owners, saving the company from any potential frauds.
