Mellissa focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments across Southeast Asia. Prior to Qualgro, she was with a Malaysian investment bank, where she supported IPOs, M&A transactions, and corporate finance advisory mandates. She later joined an impact private equity firm, where she fronted investments processes and led the development of impact management strategies and frameworks across portfolio companies.
Mellissa graduated from the University of Warwick with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She also holds the CFA Institute Certificate in Sustainable Investing and the CFA UK Certificate in Impact Investing.
