Happy International Women’s Day to all the inspiring women driving innovation, collaboration, and excellence. To celebrate this significant occasion, we’ll have three Qualgro companies’ female founders share what this year’s theme of “Inspire Inclusion” means to them.
Many thanks to Jing Yi Tan from Accredify, Dorothy Yiu from EngageRocket, and Joan Ong from Supermom Business for sharing their thoughts.

Jing Yi Tan, Accredify: “To me, ‘Inspire Inclusion’ means encouraging actions and attitudes that embrace diversity, equity, and respect and fostering and environment where every individual feels valued and empowered to contribute.”
Dorothy Yiu, EngageRocket: “To me, inspiring inclusion isn’t about others, but it is about oneself. It is about holding oneself accountable to desired behaviours like promoting equal treatment and opportunities and values like respect for all and diversity appreciation. It is when we can exhibit these behaviours and embody such values consistently that we can then sustainably inspire inclusion for others.”
Joan Ong, Supermom: “As the founder of SuperMom, ‘Inspire Inclusion’ means ensuring every woman and mom, irrespective of their background or circumstances, feels empowered, supported, and heard within the digital communities we cultivate.”
